Burnout and Emotional Wellbeing
Tools to Help
The global pandemic, short staffing, the rising costs to go to work and support a family, and other stressors have caused unprecedented burnout, job-induced trauma and PTSD. Instructional webinars, best practice resources, and toolkits are available to foster the emotional well-being of front line healthcare workers and union staff and drive a more supportive workplace through bargaining, labor management collaboration, and legislative and regulatory advocacy.
